Hide glow outlines (only affects some palettes)
Hide text shadows (only affects some palettes)
Use prestyled text if available (?)
Prestyled text copies the text width, spacing, and abbreviations from existing buttons if possible. Prestyled text is unavailable for palettes with text shadows or alternating letter colors.
